Qualification
Must have passed 10th Standard (Matriculation) with passing marks in Mathematics and English from a recognized board.
Must have studied the local language up to 10th Standard.
Knowledge of computers and cycling is required.
Adequate means of livelihood.
For BPM posts: ability to arrange accommodation at own cost.
Salary Details
Salary based on Time Related Continuity Allowance (TRCA) with DA as per Govt. norms. • BPM: ₹12,000 – ₹29,380 per month • ABPM / Dak Sevak: ₹10,000 – ₹24,470 per month
Additional benefits: Dearness Allowance (DA), GDS Gratuity, Service Discharge Benefit Scheme (similar to NPS).

Maximum Age: 40 years
Age relaxations as per Govt rules:
SC/ST: +5 years
OBC: +3 years
PwBD: +10 years (with further relaxations combined)
EWS: No relaxation
